Preston Towne Market hosting special Pride Market for Cambridge Pride Week

Preston Towne Market will be hosting a special Pride Market on Thursday afternoon from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
It is all a part of Cambridge’s Inaugural Pride Week.
“We have invited members of the [2SLGBTQ+] community to join us to celebrate Pride Week and gather together in the park with a DJ and have a bit of a party,” said Preston Towne Market Coordinator, Laura Gauthier.”
The event is one of several to celebrate Pride Month which is being organized by Grand River Pride.
“For Cambridge and for the [2SLGBTQ+] community, having our own pride is something people have been working towards for years,” said Gauthier. “This being the first one, we wanted to be sure we helped that celebration go right across Cambridge.”
The market is located at Central Park in downtown Preston.
It is open every Thursday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. throughout the summer.
