Frank Schneider returning to Titans as GM

Frank Schneider is returning to the K-W Titans for the upcoming season.

Schneider will serve as vice president of basketball operations and general manager.

He was president of the NLBC team during the inaugural 2016-2017 season and was with the Titans for the franchise's first three years.

Last week, Cliff Clinkscales was announced as head coach and assistant GM.

The Titans open their 2023 season in Sudbury on February 22.
