Police investigating hate-motivated graffiti in Waterloo

Regional police continue to investigate following reported hate-motivated graffiti in Waterloo. 

That graffiti was reported on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m., discovered in the area of Sunnydale Place and Cedarbrae Avenue. 

Police noted that the graffiti – including hate-motivated writing and symbols – was found written on the exterior wall of a residence in the area. The exact time frame for when that incident occurred is unclear. 

The investigation is still ongoing – anyone with information is being encouraged to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
