Kitchener's ApplyBoard has acquired Panda Portal.
Panda Portal, which has already been rebranded as TrainHub, is described as an international education industry training ecosystem, software platform and proprietary technology.
TrainHub will remain a stand alone platform operated by ApplyBoard.
It's also ApplyBoard's first acquisition.
The company assists students across the globe access the best education by simplifying the study abroad search, application and acceptance process to more than 1,500 institutions across Canada, Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
