Smile Cookie campaign raises record $155K to support Nutrition for Learning

Over $155,000 will support student nutrition programs at Nutrition for Learning.
The funds were raised during the recent Smile Cookie campaign at Tim Hortons. All proceeds from the Smile Cookie sales go to local charities.
“On behalf of all of us here at Nutrition for Learning, I want to sincerely thank all of the local Tim Hortons owners, staff and patrons for your support with the SMILE COOKIE campaign. This campaign is once again the largest fundraiser in support of our work here at Nutrition for Learning and we could not be any happier with this amazing donation.” said O'neil Edwards, executive director of Nutrition for Learning.
Across the country, over $12 million was raised during the campaign, which is also a record.
Cheque presentations will be made to the charities within the next month.
