One person seriously hurt after incident on Hazelglen Drive

A male has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after police responded to a disturbance in Kitchener.

Waterloo Regional Police also now say they have taken a female into custody.

It happened Tuesday morning in the area of Hazelglen Drive, with police saying it is “family-related.”

Residents are being asked to avoid the area.
