Kitchener man charged with murder in Toronto

By Mark Pare

A Kitchener man has been charged with second-degree murder, in connection with a homicide in Toronto last December.

Police say back on the afternoon of December 22, they went to a community housing building on Shelbourne Street, near Dundas Street, to perform a well-being check.

But when they arrived inside the apartment, they located 55-year old Dalibor Dolic, suffering from obvious injuries.

He died at the scene.

On Tuesday, Toronto Police made an arrest in the case, bringing 52-year old James Jerry Noseworthy into custody.

Noseworthy will appear in court Wednesday morning in Toronto.
