Cambridge convenience store held up at knifepoint

Waterloo Regional Police are looking for a suspect in connection with a convenience store robbery in Cambridge.

It happened just before 11 a.m. on Sunday on Barbara Court.

Police allege a man, armed with a knife, entered the store and demanded cash from the employee.

He fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money and was last spotted heading north on Walter Street.

The store employee was not injured.

The suspect has been described as white, around 25 years old, between 5 '6″ and 5 '9″, with a thin build and had a beard. 

He was last seen wearing a grey and black coat and track pants.
