Extreme cold warning ends

An extreme cold warning has now ended for Waterloo Region.

It was lifted just after 8 a.m. on Wednesday.

The daytime high will still feel like around -21 with the wind chill.

We are also expected to get 2 to 3-cm of snow in the afternoon.
