Two dismembered cats found in Kitchener neighbourhood in less than a month

A chilling discovery in the Stanley Park and Heritage Park area of Kitchener.
Waterloo Regional Police say they have found two dismembered cats in that area in the last month.
One cat was discovered on July 11, in the area of Wolfes Court and Carson Drive in Kitchener.
The other was discovered on August 8, in the area of Champlain Drive and Carson Drive in Kitchener.
Police are asking anyone with information to call 519-653-7700 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
They are also warning pet owners to be vigilant of any suspicious activity and keep pets inside at night.
