Missing Waterford man found dead: OPP

Norfolk County OPP say a missing 28-year-old man has been found dead in Waterford.

Police say Steven Thompson was last seen Wednesday night, and police and family members were concerned for his well-being.

Canine and Emergency Response Teams were assisting OPP as they searched for Thompson.

As of 12:38 p.m. on Thursday, officers say they located the deceased male.

OPP Forensic Identification Services are now assisting with the investigation.
