Kitchener woman assaults neighbour with knife

A noise complaint in Kitchener ended with a man in hospital.
Regional Police say a 59-year-old Kitchener man knocked on a neighbour’s door on Valleyview Drive around 9:30 last night and asked her to turn down her music.
Police say a 49-year-old Kitchener woman then allegedly threatened the man with a large knife and then assaulted him with it.
The man’s injuries are described as non life-threatening.
A woman is charged with weapons dangerous and assault with a weapon.
