The 176th Cambridge Fall Fair wraps up today

The Cambridge Fall Fair is continuing the tradition of displaying and bringing recognition to the best that Cambridge and Waterloo Region have to offer.

The fun kicked off Friday afternoon at 4 at Dickson Park in Galt.

Operations Manager, Dave Hibbs, tells us we can expect some new additions this year.

“We have two major thrilling rides that have never been here, The Zipper, and The Freakout. We’re also going to have a small petting zoo, which we haven’t had for a couple years.”

Hibbs, adds its more than just flashy shows and vendors.

“We provide it to keep as much agricultural awareness alive as possible, but to also bring the community together. It’s an event thats available for everyone in the community to come to. It’s tradition, so we’re trying very hard to keep that tradition alive.”

This is the fairs 176th year, it runs until Sunday.
