Guelph man arrested after coffee shop argument

An argument at a coffee shop in Guelph turned violent Tuesday.

Guelph police say yesterday morning, two men were arguing at a coffee shop on Silvercreek and witnesses had to break it up.

One man was escorted away, but he reportedly returned with a piece of wood to confront the other man.

A 55-year-old Guelph man was arrested for assault and assault with a weapon.
