It’s been a cold and miserable February – with several extreme weather statements issued for Waterloo Region. We’re FINALLY in March…and now tomorrow, Environment Canada has issued another special weather statement for our area and much of southern Ontario. It warns of the potential of freezing rain with most of the precipitation in the region expected to be in the form of snow, 5 to 7 centimetres.
