Lowe’s hiring 2,000 workers this spring

Finally, some good news on the Canadian retail scene.
Lowe’s, a home improvement chain, says it plans to hire 2,000 employees this spring across the country.
It’s holding a national hiring day March 7th at all 37 locations across the country.
Lowe’s has stores in Waterloo and Cambridge.
Earlier this month, Target announced it was shutting down its Canadian operations, and Sony announced its 14 Canadian stores were closing.
