Low visibility and blowing snow in store for Waterloo Region

Waterloo Region and surrounding areas are under a special weather statement.

Environment Canada says an Arctic cold front associated with a fast moving Alberta clipper will sweep through southern Ontario bringing a few more flurries with it.

It also warns of low visibility due to blowing snow.

570 News Weather Specialist John Wilson says the range of snowfall we received overnight is between 5 and 8-cm.
