Man dies in Puslinch workplace accident

A 47-year-old Milton man is dead after reports he was trapped under a forklift at a Puslinch business.
The victim has been identified as Ulando Reid.
Police were called to Voisin’s Equipment Rental Ltd. south of Guelph Monday morning.
Officials say the accident occurred as a man was loading a truck using a forklift. The forklift then reportedly fell off the ramp it was on and crushed a worker.
According to the Ministry of Labour, Reid worked for Ali’s Transportation.
An investigation is underway.
