Armstrong comes home

Paralympian Gold Medalist Jim Armstrong is coming home today from the Sochi 2014 Paralympic Winter Games.

Armstrong skipped Team Canada to its third consecutive Paralympic gold medal in wheelchair curling.

He’ll be greeted by friends, family, and the community at a ceremony this morning at the CIBC Cambridge on Hespeler Road.

CIBC will present Armstrong with a gold-plated coin and a personalized sports pennant commemorating his participating at the Sochi Games.

The festivities get underway at 11:00 AM.
