Olympians drop by 570 News studios

A pair of silver medalists from the recent Sochi Olympics dropped by the 570 News studios on Wednesday.

Kirsten Moore-Towers and her pairs partner Dylan Moscovitch train at the Kitchener-Waterloo Skating Club.

They were part of the Canadian team that finished second in the first ever team event competition.

Moscovitch says he still has moments where he feels like they just won the medal again.

They say their favourite moment outside of their competition was watching Canada’s women’s hockey team comeback to beat the United States for gold.

Moore-Towers says it was probably one of the most exciting moments of her life.

The K-W Skating Club is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year. It is holding a special ice show at the Waterloo Rec. Complex on April 12th at 3pm.
