Freezing rain warning

Environment Canada has placed Waterloo Region, and much of Eastern Ontario, under a freezing rain warning.
It says light snow will change to heavy snow this afternoon, switching to rain this evening, with a possibility of ice pellets and freezing rain.
Areas north of here could see up to 25 centemetres of snow, with blowing and drifting.
Environment Canada is warning that travel could be difficult because of snow on the roads, reduced visibility, and possibly icy conditions.
