12:00pm- Matt Torigian, Chief of Waterloo Regional Police Service, Re: A Regional Police officer has been handed the harshest possible penalty under the Police Act. The 33-year-old has been fired for smoking marijuana. The ruling came out of a Police Act disciplinary hearing yesterday.
