One arrest already made in Friday break and enter

Police made a quick arrest in a break and enter this morning in Waterloo.

Two suspects broke into an apartment on Bridgeport Road East around 2:30am, the resident was home at the time.

Officers have arrested one suspect and are looking for the second.
