11:00am- David Marskell, CEO of THEMUSEUM, Re: “The Science of Sexuality” Exhibition is coming to THEMUSEUM early next year. The controversial exhibit responds to the main concerns of young people and the not-so-young alike. It’s not shy. It’s frank. It’s respectful. It approaches sexuality in a positive manner.
11:30am- Dr. Lianne Barnieh, Study co-author and Post-doctoral Fellow at University of Calgary, Re: “The Cost-Effectiveness of Using Payment to Increase Living Donor Kidneys for Transplantation” study finds that a strategy of paying living kidney donors $10,000, with a consequent increase in the number of transplants performed of 5% or more, would be less costly and more effective than the current organ donation system.
