Arrests in hit and run in London

A man and woman from Ingersoll have been charged in connection with a hit and run in London that sent a 10 year old boy to hospital with critical injuries.
The boy was run down Friday evening while riding his bicycle in the east end of London.
He remains in critical condition.
Police have charged Toby Van Lieshout, 34 with leaving the scene of an accident causing bodily harm, possession of a banned substance, driving while under suspension and careless driving.
The owner of the vehicle, Rebecca Van Lieshout, 39, is charged with accessory after the fact, assaulting a peace officer, possession of a banned substance and several Highway Traffic Act violations.
