Intel has announced it is closing its Waterloo office.
18 people who work at the King Street office are affected.
Intel has been in Waterloo since 2009.
This morning’s Record reports, the decision does not, for now, have any impact on its office at the Communitech Hub in Kitchener.
The closure is blamed on company restructuring.
