OHL suspends Domi and Genovese

London Knights star Max Domi has been suspended four games for a lunging forearm directed at the head of Guelph’s Brock McGinn.

The OHL says the son of former Leaf Tie Domi left his feet to hit McGinn during Sunday’s game and was lucky not to injure the Storm player.

Domi was playing in his first OHL game since returning from the Phoenix Coyotes NHL camp.

Meantime, former Kitchener Ranger Cory Genovese will miss the next five games with the Erie Otters.

The Cambridge native has been suspended for a crosscheck to the face of Windsor’s Ty Bilcke.
