Suspicious package did not contain explosives

An update on a story from Guelph Police this morning, who responded to a report of a suspicious package at the Purolator facility on Massey Road late yesterday afternoon.
Police now say it did not contain explosives and they’ve talked to the person who brought the package to the facility and “all was in order.”
The Waterloo Regional Police bomb squad assisted in the investigation and at one point the building was evacuated.
