Tickets go on sale today for the Kitchener-Conestoga Rotary Club Dream Home Lottery.
The home is on Langton Drive in the Deer Ridge area of Kitchener.
Dream Home Lottery Chair, Mike Gillespie says “it’s an absolutely gorgeous home.”
It measures around 3,000 square feet and is worth around $800,000.
He tells 570 News, it’s bigger and better than previous dream homes.
It’s being built by Klondike Homes: a high end home builder.
This is the 28th year for the lottery and it’s raised over $6.5-million for local charities.
This year’s recipients are Kitchener’s two hospital foundations and the Strong Start to Reading program.
Tickets are $100 each, two for $175 or four for $250 and only 12,500 tickets are available.
There are several early bird draws, while the grand prize will be awarded on December 8th.
