Waterloo Regional Police is asking the public’s help locating a man wanted on a warrant.
On March 5 2012, police allege 27 year-old Michael James Francis Watkins, committed a commercial break and enter. He was later arrested fro shoplifting on May 5, 2012 and charged with theft under $5000.
Police also found him in possession of a controlled substance.
He has since failed to attend a scheduled court appearance.
Police have issued warrants for Break and Enter, Theft Under $5000, Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of a Controlled substance, Fail to Attend Court, and Fail to Appear/Comply with Summons and Breach Probation.
He is described as white, 147 lbs, 5’6 with a thin build, brown hair and brown eyes.
Police consider Watkins violent and should not be approached.
