Wind warning ended, snow squall watch in effect

Environment Cananda has ended a wind warning for the for the region.
Kitchener-Wilmont Hydro told 570 News a tree and a street light were knocked down earlier this morning on Sandhills Road.
At the Region of Waterloo International Airport wind gusts of up to 80 km per hour were recorded.
A snow squall watch is currently in effect for the Region of Waterloo, including the Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph, Stratford, Woodstock, and Listowel areas.
Blowing snow and reduced visibility can be expected.
