Mega-selling recording artist and Stratford native Justin Bieber turns 18 today and yesterday received a pretty impressive gift from his manager.
Bieber received an early birthday present from his manager during his appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres show.
The teen pop star was taping his appearance on Wednesday when Scooter Braun dropped by with his surprise present.
It was a new Fisker Karma, luxury electric sports car that has a solar-paneled roof.
That episode of Ellen will air today.

Also of note as Bieber celebrates his big day, Hallmark is celebrating right along with him thanks to the announcement of a line of Bieber cards.
The 48 cards will include ones for birthdays as well as those that just say hello.
Some will have lights and Bieber songs while others will include collectors’ items like door hangers and photo inserts.
The sentiments include things like “Hope your big day rocks like never before” and “You must be one of my biggest fans, ’cause you blow me away, girl!”
Unfortunately, you can’t send Bieber one of his cards just yet. They won’t be out until April.
