Gibson named to Team USA

Kitchener Rangers goalie John Gibson has been named to the preliminary roster of the American world junior team.
Gibson and Greyhounds goalie Jack Campbell are essentially on the team, Andy Iles has been named as the team’s emergency goaltender.
“It’s an honour anytime you can represent your country.” Gibson tells 570 News.
The U-S camp opens December 17th in Camrose, Alberta.
Rangers prospect Jake Trouba also found his name on the roster along with ex-Ranger now Ottawa 67’s forward Shane Prince.
