United Way needs your help

Gore Mutual Insurance in Cambridge is donating $50,000 to the United Way
in the city.

That donation is in addition to the $80,000 one Gore made earlier during the 2011 campaign.

“Along with our corporate donation, our employees have showed their spirit to give by raising 18% more than last year in our employee United Way campaign. We hope others feel the same way and will step up to offer support before it is too late so that critical programs and services are not reduced.” said Kevin McNeil, President and CEO of Gore Mutual.

The United Way of Cambridge and North Dumfries is still about $250,000 short of its’ over $2.7-million goal.
