Fish hook found near candy

Someone may have tried to put a fish hook in some Halloween candy in Guelph.

The hook was found today when a parent dumped their child’s candy on a table to sort it.

Police checked the candy and did not find any signs of tampering.

The child was trick or treating in the Brookhaven, Ironwood and Hilldale area.
