Local hockey team on HNIC

A minor hockey team from Kitchener will be featured in the Saturday broadcast of CBC’s Hockey Night in Canada.

Crews from the CBC were in Kitchener this week to shoot the feature at the Sportsworld Twin Pad.

The Kitchener Minor Hockey Association Peewee Bisons will be on the program starting at 6:30 prior to the start of the game.

“The Scotiabank Hockey Tonight Kids” program is in its 4th season.
