Another successful run

The weather was picture perfect for the annual Terry Fox Run in Waterloo Region and area.
Thousands took to the streets to help raise money in the fight against cancer.
Locally, more than $20,000 was raised in Kitchener, $25,000 in Waterloo and $14,000 in Cambridge.
Over 700 runners took part in the three runs combined.
Among the other local communities, more than $13,000 was raised in Ayr, more than $8,000 was pledged in Elmira, and over $2,000 was pledged in New Hamburg.
