September 1st will be known as Lloyd Robertson Day in Stratford.

The retiring C-T-V News anchor will be on hand for a party taking place that day in front of Stratford city hall.

September 1st is the day the veteran broadcaster will anchor his final national newscast for C-T-V.

The network will air a documentary about Robertson’s life growing up in Stratford and his start in journalism
