We’ll be back

Debbie Vitez and Thomas Vann are scheduled to be back in court April 28th to “talk” to the Judge.

Vitez says she isn’t sure exactly what that means — but that’s what they were told yesterday when the case was adjourned.

She and defeated council candidate Vann are disputing the results of last October’s municipal election results.

The pair are seeking legal council to advise them on what to do next — after their unworn evidence couldn’t be used to help their case.

Vitez says she has affidavits from 15 seniors who couldn’t make it to new polling station locations or couldn’t wait in long lines.

She says the ballots were counted incorrectly, and that thousands of residents weren’t on the voter’s list.
