Sudden decrease in RIM shares

Waterloo-based Research In Motion’s shares fell during after-hour trading, after releasing it’s fourth quarter report.

Even though the blackberry maker reported a 33 per cent increase compared with the same period in last year, the report disappointed investors.

Shipments of Blackberries grew by 43 per cent this year. Revenue for the fourth quarter was $5.6 billion.
