New board member at COM DEV

David Masotti has been added to the board of directors at Cambridge-based
COM DEV International.

Masotti is an experienced business leader, corporate director and entrepreneur who currently serves as Executive Chairman of life sciences biodefence company Defyrus Inc. and Managing Director of Tancho Innovation Capital.

COM DEV designs and makes space hardware subsystems.
