A Cambridge company has recalled its broccoli soup after one of the products tested positive for bacteria.
The soup, made by Barrie Bros. Local Food Company 1892, is sold in mason jars with metal lids but contains no UPC code or best before date.
The company’s co-owner Andrew Barrie says the recall applies to all of their broccoli soup supply.
There have been no reported illnesses so far.
The soup is sold in stores in Kitchener and Waterloo, and at various locations across the province.
