WANTED purse snatcher

Police have released a sketch of a suspect wanted in a purse snatching in Kitchener.

A woman was grocery shopping at a store on Ottawa Street last Friday afternoon, when a man grabbed her purse from her shopping cart.

He took off on a bike.

Waterloo Regional Police have released this description of the suspect:

-white, mid 30’s, brown hair, 5’9, slim build, scruffy face, wearing a dark toque, dark winter jacket with lighter sleeves and black jeans.

The suspect had a yellow men’s mountain bike with black handlebars.
