Hockey “Pool” Season

Fantasy hockey pools are widely popular, OfficePools.com alone hosts 30 thousand pools each year.

With the NHL season starting on Thursday, many will be using this weekend to conduct their drafts.

Richard Lee is the Fantasy Hockey Expert with OfficePools.com and has some tips for those joining a pool for the first time.

Lee says break down the player rankings by points per game and you may notice some hidden gems.

As for sleeper picks, he looks for players who have under-achieved and flown under the radar for a few years.

Lee says players in the NHL’s Eastern Conference typically put up more points than players in the Western Conference.
