A 4th candidate has entered the race to be the Mayor of Waterloo.
Former Laurier professor Franklin Ramsoomair joins Brenda Halloran, Jan d’Ailly and Dale Ross in the battle for the city’s top elected post.
The Waterloo Chronicle reports Ramsoomair cites chief goals as improving the city’s finances and communications with residents.
