U-W steroid report released

The University of Waterloo has released its’ internal review concerning the steroid scandal surrounding its’ football team.
The report recommends better education on the health effects and ethics of using banned substances, as well as low-cost screening methods as a deterrent.
The coaching staff has also been fully reinstated as the review found no fault in their conduct.
The school decided to cancel the football program in June amid a steroids scandal.
Former Waterloo Regional Police Chief, Larry Gravill conducted the review along with University of
Waterloo professor emerita, Mary Thompson.
The report is 24 pages in total.
