An early morning scare for a Kitchener woman.
Regional Police say she looked out her window just before 4 o’clock and saw a man staring at her. Police say he pulled down his pants and then fled.
It’s believed he took off on a bicycle and is still at large.
The incident happened on Greenfield Avenue, behind the Fairview Park Mall.
The man is described as white, 5-10 with a heavy build and a deep voice.
He was wearing a black hoodie and cream-coloured khaki pants.
