Date set for Smith inquest

The Ashley Smith inquest will start in Toronto on November 1st.

The 19 year old died while in custody at the Grand
Valley Institution for Women in Kitchener back in October 2007.

The inquest is expected to last three to four months.

Smith tied a piece of cloth around her neck while in a segregation cell.
