E. coli-related illness at Laurier

Three cases of E. coli-related illness have been confirmed at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo.

The victims are now at home recovering and were recently treated at hospital.

The cause of the transmission of bacteria has not been determined.

Food-safety inspectors have inspected
the university’s food services kitchens and found no violations.
