A Snowsuit Leads to a House Fire

A Drying snowsuit on a barbecue is the cause of a major house fire in the village of Clyde.
Fire officials say the BBQ was set up inside an enclosed porch at the home when a teen put his wet snow pants and jacket on it to dry out.
His dad started it for dinner and the suit caught fire.
It took Cambridge and North Dumfries firefighters about an hour to extinguish the flames.
No one was hurt, but the cost of damage is pegged at between 150-thousand and 200-thousand dollars.
